The Perfect Loaf

...at least that's what the recipe says...

I followed the long fermenting process
the long baking process and here is what 
my perfect loaf turned out like..

Beautiful- Crusty- Delicious 
I made another batch.

Is this the recipe on Nicole Hill's blog? I wanted to try it, but it takes forever and I have a talent at messing these kinds of things up. Was it worth the 12 hours of waiting and 2 hours of labor? :)

It just took me a few seconds to cut a slice and toast it... and it was delicioso!!!
