Omniture Halloween

For the past several years, Omniture, now an
Adobe Company
has it's annual Halloween Event.

It's a private party with family and friends of
Omniture employee's.
Last year was fun but this year was really great!

My daughter Katlin's executive office were "Smurfs"

Each dept within Omniture, dresses up and decorates
their area with their own theme.
Some of the themes were:
Las Vegas, Never, Neverland,
PAC MAN, Care Bears

Here I am with this "Betelgeuse"
this guy was really acting the part which gave me the "creeps"

The very last was the best display of creativity,
it was 3-D of space travel,
we put these on
and walked thru a really cool 3-Dimensional maze.

Thanks Omniture/Adobe!

The Gray Thing Again...

I guess I need to go talk to my "hair dresser-shrink" again,
(she must not be giving me the therapy I need)

or
Maybe...

I am beginning to like the color or should we
say the "NON" color of my hair.

To make my statement about going gray I recently
submitted my photo's
to Anne Kreamers book site

She has a page of women with
Before & After pictures
you can see for yourself

It's not my best look, but never the less you can
start to see the slow down of my
“melanogentic clock”

If you want to learn more about the science of hair turning gray

Here is my "new mantra,"

I just joined the Left handers Group on FB

I felt as though I needed to join a group of people that I can relate too.

It is difficult for "right handers" to feel this way,
"lefty's" are more sensitive and have a
keener insight into how others can and do overcome
life's challenging obstacles.

I borrowed these images
from my FB group.
Thanks

Greg Mortenson

Have you read this book yet?
Do You know who
this Humanitarian is?
This is Greg Mortenson and the children of the
Peshawar Provedence in the Swat Valley, Pakatain
The reason I am featuring him
and his great work in
Afghanistan & Pakistan is because....

He is coming to speak at the
BYU Marriott Center on:
Tuesday, October 27 at 11:00 am

If you can make it, and even read
his book before hand (I highly recommend)
You will be a changed person!

Assalaam Alaikum (Peace Be With You).

Freak of Nature

I love it when I find something that is left handed..

Freaks Of Nature

Peter Jackson, of Shropshire, England found this five-fingered carrot in his garden
. According to the U.K.'s Daily Mail, Jackson's
daughter Lindsay said, "We couldn't believe it, it was quite a shock to see a carrot perfectly shaped like a hand
. You'd think with me being a chef and my dad being a gardener, we might have come across something this strange before but we never have." (newsteam.co.uk)
Here is another example of perfection in
"left handedness"...

And he said unto me: This is Shinehah, which is the sun.
And he said unto me: Kokob, which is star.
And he said unto me: Olea, which is the moon.
And he said unto me:
Kokaubeam, which signifies stars, or all the great lights,
