Tomato Season

What to do with a solanum lycopersicum... a tomato.

My late summer harvest of these red and yellow, green beauties seems to be very plentiful. I planted six plants, a combination of beef steak size and mellow yellows, cherries, tomatillos, and your regular garden variety tomato.  Here is just a small platter of what mother nature produced!

I will make sauces, caprice salads, salsa and whatever I can create!
Next year..I think I'll plant a vintage purple!
