It is that time of the summer when those white blossoms have turned into a yummy fruit known as :

I was able to make baby cot jam this year...

I made a batch of regular apricot & pineapple apricot. 

Wonderful on a slice of warm homemade bread, ice 

cream, and pancakes! YUM

You can do this too..just follow the directions on the Sure Jell package for cooked jam.
